These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, purchase a product, or book a service offered by Ardency Academy and Matchmaking, referred to below as “AAM.”
Products and purchases
Please review the product description and price before completing your purchase. Digital products are delivered electronically using the information provided at checkout.
If you have difficulty accessing a digital product, please contact us at info@ardencyacademyandmatchmaking.com so we can help.
Digital workbook use
Digital workbooks and resources are provided for your personal use. You may print a copy for your own use.
You may not resell, distribute, forward, reproduce for others, or make our digital products available for free or for purchase without prior written permission from AAM.
All content remains the intellectual property of The Ardency Group or its licensors.
Refunds and exchanges
AAM does not offer refunds on products or services. Physical books purchased directly from AAM are not eligible for exchanges.
If a product arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you experience a problem with delivery, please contact us at info@ardencyacademyandmatchmaking.com so we can review the issue.
For books purchased through another retailer, please refer to that retailer’s return and refund process.
Appointments and rescheduling
If you need to change a consultation appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You may choose another available time that works for you.
If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, or you do not attend, the time scheduled for that appointment will be forfeited.
Services and participation
AAM provides relationship consulting, workshops, and matchmaking-related services intended to support reflection, growth, and intentional relationship choices. Your participation and the decisions you make remain your responsibility.
We aim to create safe and respectful environments. Everyone joining our matchmaking services and clubs will be screened to the best of our ability. AAM cannot control the behaviour or actions of another person.
Specific matchmaking services may be subject to a separate agreement.
Respectful use
We ask that visitors, clients, and participants communicate and interact respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, or misuse of our website or services are not permitted.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services or business practices change. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
